“I will not hold Yellowhammer Brewing, the City of Huntsville, or any event organizers liable for (i) any injury to my dog, or (ii) any cost incurred for misbehaved dogs, accidents, or injuries as a result of this event.”*

My dog is currently up to date on all required vaccines.*

I agree to keep my dog on a leash at all times except when racing.*

I agree that I am responsible for controlling my dog at all times and I will pick up after my dog. *
