Each is available in sixpacks throughout the year. We also brew a rotating series of about 20 different seasonal beers throughout the year. Many small-batch seasonals, and limited-release specialty brews are available at our taproom in downtown Huntsville.
Pours golden and clear, but this take on the Belgian staple holds a complex floral aroma. Made with pilsner malt and using Belgian yeast, the brew is inspired by Trappist brewing tradition, offering a honeyed sweetness on the tongue, yet a dry finish. ABV ~ 9%

This unusual beer marries the malty backbone of an amber with the herbal finish of a west coast IPA. We use Munich malt with a blend of citrusy American and European hops. Brewed to complement a fine cigar. ABV ~ 9.4%

If you want hoppy, look no further. We use over 6 pounds of hops per barrel, delivering a floral burst in the aroma and a pleasant, citrus-like bitterness on the pallet. A dry finish and easy "drinkability" belies the alcohol content.

1819 Dubbel is inspired by Trappist brewing tradition and made with imported Belgian Candi Sugar. Dark fruits and malts are predominant in the aroma and follow through to the palate, which is soft, but with a Belgian spiciness. ABV~8.5%.
